Specialty Construction Chosen to Build New Animal Hospital in California

VCA South County Animal Hospital recently broke ground for its new 8,500 square foot state-of-the-art animal hospital located at 205 El Camino Real in Arroyo Grande, California.

The spacious design of the new hospital includes a welcoming waiting area, modern exam rooms, onsite general surgical suites, in-house laboratory and an intensive care unit.

“Our entire VCA South County team is excited about the start of construction of our new, larger hospital,” said Steven D. Paulick, DVM, medical director for VCA South County Animal Hospital. “We are eagerly watching the progress and anticipate the completion of the new facility in April 2011,” he added.

The pre-construction and construction services are being provided by Specialty Construction, Inc. based in San Luis Obispo, a recognized leader in construction projects in Central California.

"Our team is experienced in the complexities of building highly sophisticated medical facilities."
