Once again, Jensen Corporate Holdings, Inc. was recognized by the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) for its continued success in landscape installation and maintenance on properties of distinction throughout Northern California. Two of Jensen's subsidiaries were honored and recognized by the CLCA at its awards ceremonies in 2010.
Jensen's construction business took First Place for Large Commercial Installation for work at Moffett Towers in Santa Clara. Jensen's construction team continues to demonstrate the expertise and capabilities of its workforce to install large commercial projects throughout the Bay Area.
The maintenance arm of Jensen's business was also recognized in several different categories. The commercial maintenance group took home First Place in Large Commercial Maintenance for the Rosewood Sand Hill project in Menlo Park. In addition, Achievement Awards for Large and Medium Commercial Maintenance were given for Moffett Towers, Santa Clara and 100 Century Center, San Jose, respectively.
Jensen's residential maintenance group was honored with the Sweepstakes Award for a Pleasanton Estate. Although the name of the residence was kept confidential, the same project won the CLCA "Best in Show" Award in 2009 for the entire state of California. "Winning both the maintenance and construction awards for the same project in consecutive years demonstrates Jensen's consistent commitment to quality and service throughout its business," says John Vlay, President and CEO.
