USACE Fort Worth District and Parsons Partner for JPMO Construction Projects

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District selected Parsons for a $50 million, single-award, indefinite delivery contract to continue support to the Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX.

The JPMO represents a tri-service partnership between USACE, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy and is responsible for project and construction management services needed to execute Base Realignment and Closure, Military Construction, and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization construction on five bases in the San Antonio area.

Under this 5-year contract, Parsons will provide program, project, and construction management for the $3.2 billion JPMO program, which encompasses more than 180 construction projects, including the largest medical/training institution in the world; the largest inpatient medical facility/ambulatory outpatient clinic in the Department of Defense; and an 80,000-ft2 dining hall.

"Parsons appreciates this opportunity to continue its service to the JPMO and the USACE Fort Worth District," said Todd Wager, Parsons Group President. "We take great pride in our contribution to developing quality facilities that support our nation's military readiness and provide for our service members and their families."
