Aker Receives LOI for Gudrun Tie-In to Sleipner Project

Aker Solutions has received a letter of intent for the Sleipner Modifications Portfolio Agreement and the first project-specific agreements for engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) for the Gudrun tie-in to Sleipner.

This specific order will be worth approximately NOK 900 million.

14 July 2010: The contract in question is expected to be formalised within the next few weeks. Further information will be made available when the final contract is awarded, at which time the contract will be added to the order backlog of the Energy Development & Services (ED&S) business area.
