Cretex Concrete Products West Purchases Assets of Concrete Products of Wyoming

Cretex Companies today announced that, through its subsidiary Cretex Concrete Products West, Inc., it has acquired the assets of Concrete Products of Wyoming Co. (CPW), located in Casper, WY.

CPW is a leading manufacturer of reinforced concrete pipe and precast concrete products for the construction, infrastructure, and energy markets in Wyoming.

“We’re very excited to add the CPW team and Casper plant to our Cretex family,” said Lynn Schuler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cretex Companies, Inc. “Like Cretex, CPW has a reputation for high quality products and outstanding customer service. Having a plant in Casper enables us to better serve our Wyoming customers and strengthens our footprint in the Rocky Mountain region.”
