AGR Tools, Inc. ("AGR") (OTCBB-AGRT) is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, AGR Stone & Tools USA, Inc. ("AGR USA"), has recently expanded its distribution network to Seattle, Washington. Based in King County, the new distribution center will serve the large construction and demolition industries in Seattle and surrounding areas.
"The opening of our Seattle distributorship continues to demonstrate AGR's ongoing commitment to expansion into the North American market," stated Rock Rutherford, President and CEO of both AGR and AGR USA. "Our new distribution center will be supplying the areas' general contractors, granite fabricators, concrete contractors, stonemasons, and other construction professionals with our 700+ high quality diamond tools, dies and adhesive products. Our goal is to become the supplier of choice to this large market, estimated to be over $25 million annually."
