ASPART-X Coatings provide ultraviolet (UV) protection that does not yellow or fade; will cure in all weather and temperature applications; has a fast cure speed and offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance for residential decks, patios, garage floors, swimming pools, industrial commercial flooring and food processing facilities. ASPART-X can also be used as a UV-stable topcoat for the entire family of LINE-X thick-build coatings. By introducing ASPART-X, a zero volatile organic compound (VOC), 100% solid, aliphatic, pure polyurea coating specifically engineered as a topcoat for polyurea and polyurethane systems, LINE-X has again distanced itself from competitive offerings. This versatile product can also be used as a stand-alone coating over properly prepared substrates.
ASPART-X topcoat provides a durable, easy-to-clean finish that can be configured in a variety of non-skid finishes for most flooring and decking applications. Several stock- colors, including solid tan, gray, white, black and clear are available, as well as custom color options. Color chips and blend options embedded in conjunction with ASPART-X create an attractive colorful surface coating. The clear topcoat is an excellent sealer protecting against impact, abrasion and chemical damage. ASPART-X color chips are available in pebble blue, sandstone, golden road and tuxedo colors. ASPART-X accent colors are used to create a granite-like floor finish. Accent colors are used as an alternative to color chips for a more durable and less textured finish. Custom colors and blends can be special ordered to customer specifications.
