Tech Lighting, a Chicago-based manufacturer of premium decorative lighting, will showcase new lighting innovations for 2010 at its booth (#959) during LIGHTFAIR International (May 12-14, 2010).
"We are very pleased to bring our most innovative products for 2010 to LIGHTFAIR this year," said Sean Lavin, VP of Product Design for Tech Lighting. "We're most excited to showcase new developments in LED technology and share railtones, our new wireless audio speaker system, which all reflect our commitment to timeless design and reliability. Like all of Tech Lighting's products, what we'll showcase at LIGHTFAIR this year will deliver outstanding functionality and value far beyond just illumination."
NEW 3" LED ELEMENT DOWNLIGHT
Tech Lighting's ELEMENT is a line of fully adjustable and lockable recessed architectural downlights. Not only does this new 3" LED ELEMENT downlight perform well, but Tech Lighting has given equal care to the product's aesthetics. A wide assortment of die cast trim options are available and interchangeable with Tech Lighting's line of 3.5" aperture halogen and downlights.
THE NEW T-TRAK ENVISION LED HEAD
Also new from Tech Lighting, the Envision LED head offers a balance of design and performance. The die cast aluminum LED head pivots vertically 90° and rotates 360°. Components are modular for ease of replacement. Its power supply and heat sink fins both sit within the head resulting in a clean, thoughtful, seamless design. It is available as a monopoint or on the award-winning low profile, hand-bendable, single-circuit or two-circuit low-voltage T-TRAK rail system.
RAILTONES SNEAK PREVIEW -- WIRELESS AUDIO SPEAKER SYSTEM
Visitors to the Tech Lighting booth will be preview railtones -- Tech Lighting's patent pending, breakthrough wireless audio speaker system that mounts to and is powered by Tech Lighting's low-voltage lighting systems. With railtones, which will be available in June 2010, homeowners and businesses will be able to effortlessly add surround sound throughout a home or commercial space simply by connecting the speakers to Tech Lighting's lighting systems without any additional installation and the wireless transmitter to almost any audio device. The system features uncompressed DVD-quality audio for superb sound.
The railtones kit will include two wireless speakers, one wireless transmitter (plus power adaptor/cords) and one remote control with volume control and four pre-set equalizer options, allowing users to control each speaker individually. Additional speakers and a sub-woofer can be purchased separately.
2nd GENERATION LED MODULES
The latest in LED technology from Tech Lighting will be unveiled at LIGHTFAIR. The modules offer brighter downlight illumination than the previous version and fit all of Tech Lighting's low-voltage heads and pendants, making them easy to upgrade.
