Moses Bensusan, developer of Costa Hollywood luxury condo-resort and high-end retail-shopping district in Hollywood Beach Village, is pleased to announce the selection of Beauchamp Construction Company as general contractor and Baker Concrete Construction Inc. as concrete contractor for the oceanfront development, which is slated for completion Spring 2015.

South Florida-based Beauchamp Construction Company – which began its work in 1936 and in the years since, has successfully completed hundreds of marquee projects including the Alhambra Towers; and the Club at Brickell Bay – will oversee the construction of the six-story Costa Hollywood structures. The company's portfolio includes national monuments; medical facilities; commercial buildings; retail establishments; and government projects. Current projects include Baltus House condominium and PortMiami Tunnel Support Buildings.

Baker, ranked among Engineering News Record's "Top 3 Specialty Concrete Contractors" for the past 20 years, will be responsible for completing the foundation and the concrete shell of the buildings. The company boasts more than 40 years of experience on more than 9,000 projects. South Florida operations include: The University of Florida Research Academic Center; Miami Airport Link; W Resort and Residences Ft. Lauderdale; and the new Marlins Stadium.
