Hamptons PBG, a collaboration of ZOM Florida and Northwestern Mutual, has begun construction on a 224-unit upscale apartment rental township in Palm Beach County, Florida. Current Builders has been chosen as the general contractor. The Hamptons is expected to be completed by December 2013 and leasing to begin in Spring 2013.
The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens
Positioned very close to the new Scripps Research Institute and Florida Atlantic University’s Jupiter premises, this project is perfectly located to benefit from the growing multi-family rental housing market in Palm Beach County.
The 22.7-acre grounds will house 25 two-story structures and two three-story structures in a community environment. The venture follows in the path of ZOM’s “Hamptons” and “Arbor” style of constructions. The Hamptons will display a customized combination of both styles and will be built in a two-story model. It will have only six apartments in each building and will appear and operate the same as a one-family residence with reserved entrances and easy and straightentry to the garages.
The Arbor style apartments are based on a three-story model and have breezeway entry garages. The conventional two- and three-bedroom Arbor apartments will enjoy more picturesque views of the lake. The venture will also include a resort-style pool and high-end clubhouse, internet lounge, fitness center and a pet parlor. The focal point will be a central 2.5-acre lake with walking paths and a bordering natural reserve. ZRS Management has been engaged to maintain the project.
